who we are
Voluntour South Africa (VSA) is a South African based company
that is owned by The Educating Africa Trust (EA),
a private entity that supports innovative and ground breaking projects
in Southern Africa.
VSA was set up to ensure additional support for the EA projects, by
offering fee paying volunteers a chance to combine meaningful service
with safe travel on a grass roots level. We are committed to the growth
of all individuals and not to driving profits therefore any profits
generated by VSA are contributed back into the projects and communities
we assist.
Our aim is to further enable great community
and wildlife projects to become self sufficient through opening their
doors to overseas travelers, thus gaining the opportunity to interact
and share knowledge with people from all over the world. Volunteers in
turn will enjoy a vacation with meaning and purpose while boosting
income and resources to the projects.
VSA is supported by proud South Africans living and working closely with
the projects, and we look forward to hosting you on your journey of self
discovery, service and adventure.
